About
RUT! is an alternative rock trio formed in Milan, Italy in 2022.
The lineup features:
Xina – lead vocals, drums, multipad;
Inn – bass, vocals;
Gallo – guitar, vocals.
Blending alternative rock, post-punk, grunge, new wave and electronic influences, RUT! has built a sound that is intense, dynamic and constantly evolving.
Between 2022 and 2024, the band independently released a series of singles later collected in their debut EP R U THERE!? (2024).
In 2025, RUT! released the singles DAWN and If People Were Drunk, leading to the release of their second EP HATE IS FOR SU**ERS in April 2026.
Since their debut, the band has performed in numerous clubs and festivals across Italy and the UK, developing a powerful and engaging live show focused on energy, connection and impact.

RUT!’s raw and ever-evolving sound blends elements of alternative rock, post-punk, grunge, new wave and electronic rock into a powerful and dynamic sonic identity.
Hard to fit into a single genre, RUT! moves between heavy grooves, sharp rhythms and atmospheric textures, creating a constantly evolving sound.
Their influences range from the hypnotic heaviness of Queens of the Stone Age and Muse to the energetic directness of Bloc Party and Gossip.
Between 2022 and 2025, RUT! independently released seven singles, later expanded through the EPs R U THERE!? (2024) and HATE IS FOR SU**ERS (2026).
Their single “I HATE U” reached #11 on Spotify’s global playlist All New Rock.
All releases were recorded and produced in collaboration with Italo-British producer Andrea Tripodi.
